Overview

As an ISV Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, focusing on Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), SaaS platforms, fintech companies, and enterprise merchants.

In Short

  • Identify and prospect new ISV partners and enterprise merchants.
  • Execute high-volume outbound activity including calls and emails.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Engage senior-level decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for sales leadership.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM.
  • Document conversations and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales Development.
  • Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or ISV preferred.
  • Ability to meet or exceed activity targets.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
