Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager at Payarc plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives across departments. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that include go-to-market strategies, partner onboarding/implementation, and internal business optimization.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end management of projects across go-to-market, partnerships, and internal cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, workstreams, and documentation.
• Organize and facilitate kickoffs, status meetings, retrospectives, and milestone reviews.
• Track project progress, risks, and blockers; escalate issues when needed.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Success.
• Monitor project performance using tools and KPIs; ensure timely delivery and scope adherence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain communication across all levels of the organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for project governance and operational processes.
• Document and communicate lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technology, SaaS, or fintech environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects involving partner implementation or GTM execution.
• Experience in coordinating across multiple departments with different priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with technical teams.
• Strong documentation and project planning capabilities.
