• Full-time role focused on systems optimization, process improvements, and data analysis.
• Manage implementation of new systems and provide post-implementation support.
• Identify inefficiencies in finance processes and lead re-engineering efforts.

• Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
• Develop performance measurement frameworks with KPIs and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine workflows.
• Requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and VBA.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field required.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience needed.
