In Short

  • Join our US Sales Team to promote Paxton products and grow accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth across the territory with sales strategies.
  • Engage with installers, end-users, and consultants.
  • Support installers with sales and product queries.
  • Arrange meetings with customers to build relationships.
  • Collaborate with the distribution network to source leads.
  • Deliver technical sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
  • Provide monthly reports on sales projections and activities.
  • Willingness to travel, spending 50% of time in the field.

Requirements

  • Experience in a technical sales position, ideally in Access Control or Electronics.
  • Experience in a field-based role with customer base development.
  • Based in Ohio or Illinois, with travel commitment.
