In Short

  • Join our Facilities team in Brighton as a Facilities Coordinator.
  • Support the smooth running of our buildings and services across the UK.
  • Assist with project and contract management.
  • Support the Facilities Helpdesk and email communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of the asset register.
  • Manage invoices and ensure suppliers are paid correctly.
  • Work with the Facilities and Health & Safety Officer for compliance.
  • Respond to issues related to Reception and Facilities.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Build positive working relationships across departments.
