We’re a small, talented team working across various industries, driving security management to be more efficient and accessible. This remote-based role offers flexibility, with access to Paxton’s modern offices and facilities in Brighton, Sussex, when needed.

In Short

• Design and create scalable embedded software systems.
• Develop and modify firmware architectures for various technologies.
• Design, test, and debug electronic circuits and PCB layouts.
• Collaborate with the Development team on solutions and architectural decisions.
• Communicate technical changes effectively.
• Attend monthly onsite team meetings in Eastbourne.

Requirements

• Experience in embedded systems design and programming (C, Python).
• Proficiency with IDEs and circuit/PCB design tools.
• Hands-on debugging and soldering skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Based within the South East for monthly onsite meetings.
