Pavago is hiring a high-energy Sales Development Representative to drive event bookings and partnerships for our client, Aya House—a premier space for retreats, wellness events, and creative activations.

In Short

• Execute daily outbound campaigns to connect with prospects.
• Set up qualified appointments and space tours using CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships with community leaders and organizations.
• Present Aya House as a premium destination for various events.
• Respond to rental inquiries and guide clients through the booking process.
• Create tailored rental proposals and close bookings efficiently.
• Upsell additional services to increase repeat bookings.
• Track leads and bookings using provided tools.
• Ensure exceptional client experience throughout the booking process.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with clients.

Requirements

• Proven background in sales; 3–5 years preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and strong negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
• Skilled in Google Workspace and Canva.
• Experience with CRM platforms and social media engagement.
• Reliable internet and phone access for communication.
