Ribbon Bio is an emerging leader in synthetic biology, developing innovative methods to generate long, complex DNA molecules that have applications to help understand, prevent, and treat disease. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our expanding commercial team.

In Short

Lead Sales initiatives to research and engage new business prospects.
Qualify and manage inbound leads in our CRM (Salesforce.com).
Develop and deliver quotations to customers.
Advance new business opportunities to closure.
Coordinate post-sale order processing and logistics.
Provide accurate sales forecasting in CRM.
Monitor industry trends and compile customer feedback.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Technical Support.
Knowledge of Cell and Gene Therapy and mRNA Vaccine markets.
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline required.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Preferred locations: Europe or East Coast United States.
