Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers. Your main responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic prospecting.

In Short

  • Identify and research target prospects in our ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to engage potential customers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executives.
  • Follow up promptly on inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for qualified opportunities and meetings booked.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience (SaaS or B2B preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to hit targets.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach emails.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate product value propositions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
