• Lead a line of business partnering with Financial Institutions.
• Responsible for sales and relationship management strategies.

• Negotiate contracts in line with Legal direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in banking or fintech.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire teams.
• Efficient problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading teams of more than 10 reports.
