Overview

The Senior Commercial Underwriter is responsible for underwriting loans in a timely manner, ensuring an acceptable level of credit risk and facilitating the booking of new loans.

• Underwrite a variety of lending products efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with USDA programs.
• Proven track record in underwriting commercial real estate loans.
• In-depth knowledge of USDA operating procedures.
• Ability to assess complex loan transactions.
• Strong business acumen and customer focus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
