People Business Partner Sr. Advisor - Remote

In Short

• Act as a business advisor aligning business objectives with employees and leaders.
• Drive outstanding business results by engaging and developing the organization’s people plans.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify priorities and leverage strategic people planning.
• Ensure alignment of people plans with business goals and advise on implementation.
• Identify and predict talent needs and influence strategic talent management solutions.
• Lead implementation of organizational changes and contribute to change management plans.
• Monitor leadership performance and design interventions to improve team capability.
• Work collaboratively with Employee Relations and senior leaders to provide policy guidance.
• Partner with P&C centers of expertise to implement and monitor people programming.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
• Strong exposure to employee lifecycle including recruitment and performance management.
• Background in organizational development preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and understanding of software interactions.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills.
