In Short

• Lead compliance strategies aligning with regulatory requirements.
• Develop compliant solutions for new products with fintech partners.
• Ensure adherence to OCC regulations, BSA, AML, and third-party risk management.
• Formulate and implement policies and controls for compliance.
• Manage risks associated with fintech partnerships.
• Foster collaboration between fintech partners and revenue teams.
• Assist in compliance monitoring and reporting systems.
• Enhance compliance awareness and training programs.
• Promote the Pathward brand in the payments marketplace.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in related fields.
• 10+ years in compliance or regulatory roles in banking.
• Deep knowledge of OCC, BSA/AML, and third-party risk management.
• Experience leading compliance in a first line of defense.
• Proven ability to develop innovative compliant solutions.
• Strong C level connections in the fintech space.
• Technical experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
