Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manager (Volunteer) - Remote

Overview

The Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manager will lead a team focused on recruiting and hiring initiatives to support high school students in underserved communities.

In Short

• Lead recruitment process and life-cycle for interns and volunteers.
• Partner with HR Manager on recruiting and employee retention initiatives.
• Implement HR policies and programs.
• Act as a liaison with organizational leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices in recruiting.
• Demonstrate ethical standards and professionalism.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects effectively.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commit to 8-10 hours per week including meetings and calls.
• Unpaid volunteer position with a term limit of 6 months.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience.
• 2-4 years in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
