Overview

As a Sales Account Manager at Partoo, you will manage a portfolio of around 500 Italian SMB clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

In Short

Manage and develop a portfolio of ~500 SMB clients in Italy.
Drive revenue growth through strategic upsell and cross-sell actions.
Oversee renewals and reduce churn.
Handle client onboarding for a smooth start.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients.
Collaborate with other Account Managers and teams.

Requirements

Native Italian speaker with fluent English and/or French.
Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
Client-focused and genuinely care about client success.
Resilient and organized to manage demanding clients.
Team player to complete the Italian squad.
