Operations Analyst / Subject Matter Expert - Remote

Overview

The Parsons Mission Software Factory is seeking an experienced operations analyst with a background in military Command and Control processes and systems to engage in various tasks across multiple projects.

In Short

• Analyze customer requirements and assist with software development.
• Conduct user interface design and software functionality testing.
• Provide operator training for customers.
• Travel required: 25-30%.
• Must hold an active Department of Defense security clearance.
• Experience in military Command and Control (C2) processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Lead training events for military personnel.
• Familiarity with various C2 systems and platforms.
• Agile Certified Practitioner or SAFE Practitioner Certification preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in military C2.
• Ability to learn and apply new skills in functional areas.
• Experience in Joint and Combined environments.
• Security clearance is necessary for this role.
• Passport required for international travel.
