In Short

• Support change management initiatives for clinical operations.
• Provide oversight and expertise in clinical operations.
• Contribute to workstreams and lead knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Partner with SMEs to create robust training plans.
• Act as a key liaison with CROs and internal stakeholders.
• Bring experience from trial management on outsourced studies.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in clinical trial management is essential.
• Work on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Requirements

• Highly experienced clinical operations leader.
• Experience in both insourced and outsourced programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Prior experience in a global clinical research/pharma/biotech organization.
• BSc, MSc or equivalent qualification.
