Overview

The Subject Matter Expert / Quality Analyst will ensure the provision of customer support services through various channels, providing support and mentoring to consultants while performing quality audits.

In Short

• Provide support to consultants in daily activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• High school or university degree.
• Excellent knowledge of German (level B2).
