Overview

As a Business Continuity Partner, you will play a critical role in strengthening the resilience of our digital systems, operations, and infrastructure. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive business continuity and crisis management strategies within the Technology & Operations Divisions, ensuring the organization is prepared to respond effectively to disruptions and maintain operational stability.

In Short

  • Support the development of a robust business continuity strategy.
  • Establish and lead a cross-functional crisis management team.
  • Collaborate with the Security Operations Team to develop incident response plans.
  • Conduct training sessions and awareness initiatives for employees.
  • Develop and update business continuity and crisis management policies.
  • Work closely with Operations & Technology leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Support in answering RFPs for potential prospects and current customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience implementing a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
  • Proven track record in IT business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital & IT infrastructures and risk management.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to business continuity.
