As a Lead AI Agent Architect at Parloa, you will play a key role in transforming customer service with AI Agents. As part of the Professional Service Team, you will manage the end-to-end deployment of Parloa's solutions, enhancing customer experiences for clients and partners.

• 3+ years in conversation design and AI agent development.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of data structures and information transmission.
• Expert in understanding user needs and behaviors.
• Experience in rigorous testing procedures for AI Agents.
• Exceptional attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Significant experience with Enterprise customers.
• C2 level German and C1 level English skills.
