Overview

Honor is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Business Continuity to take a strategic leadership role in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from business interruptions that may impact our distributed caregiving operations and client population.

In Short

• Lead business continuity efforts for a mission-driven company.
• Develop and implement proactive business continuity plans.
• Oversee incident management as the primary incident commander.
• Conduct risk assessments for various departments.
• Collaborate with IT to protect and restore data and systems.
• Ensure 24/7 event monitoring and timely escalation.
• Facilitate practice drills for risk mitigation.

• Provide timely post-event impact assessment reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in business continuity or crisis management.
• Experience in high-stakes, mission-critical operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience building for scale in a tech-enabled environment.
• Incident command experience during emergencies.
• Experience conducting drills and training teams.
