Overview

The Customer Success Manager will work with Large/Enterprise clients to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and recognition of ROI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • K12 EdTech experience with large district implementations.
  • Experience with school communication and integration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
