This internship position involves working as part of a 24x7 remote network monitoring team, providing customer support and technical analysis.

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and routing protocols.
• Understanding of TCP/IP and security protocols.
• Unix/Linux systems knowledge.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Experience with Excel or statistical tools.
