Overview

As a Customer Success Intern at Aspire, you will support our team in managing customer relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful adoption of our payment gateway solutions.

In Short

  • Support the Customer Success team in monitoring customer usage and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our payment solutions to clients.
  • Participate in follow-up meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for product improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Assist in the creation of reports to track customer success metrics and highlight areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Final semester student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Eager to learn and develop in the customer success field, especially within the tech industry.
  • Comfortable using communication tools and basic software applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
