Overview

As an Engineering Manager at Parafin, you will lead the Product Platform team responsible for backend abstractions crucial for all products. Your role involves scaling the backend platform and team as new products and partnerships are launched.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing a team of at least 5+ engineers.
• Experience in hiring and team building.
• Experience scaling backend platforms supporting multiple products.
• Experience leading company-wide product and infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong technical background and pride in software craftsmanship.
• Ability to work closely with other engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and retain engineers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
