In Short

• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and business stakeholders to establish business requirements.
• Direct day-to-day operations of agile development and delivery of new software applications.
• Identify career development plans for direct reports and facilitate career advancement.
• Act as primary technical liaison between Engineering and business departments.
• Inspire and lead engineering teams with vision and drive.
• Analyze and present information pertinent to specific development projects.
• Lead the design of application modules to enhance existing systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Software Development experience.
• 4+ years of developing large-scale web-based application systems.
• 2+ years of management/supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies.
• Experience in a NodeJS ecosystem.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
