Data Analytics Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Data Analytics Engineer to organize and activate Parafin’s ecosystem of data, responsible for architecting business-critical datasets used across the company.

In Short

• Foster a data-driven culture by ensuring easy access to trustworthy data.
• Interface between data engineering and end users to improve data tooling.
• Define and enforce data best practices including modeling and testing.
• Build efficient and reliable datasets for stakeholders across the business.
• Identify gaps in data collection and work with engineering teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics or similar role.
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to write efficient queries.
• Strong collaboration skills with data, engineering, and business functions.
• Attention to quality and correctness of work.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and organize work effectively.
• Excitement about working in a small team setting.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
