Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

We are searching for multiple Engineering Managers to spearhead our fast-growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring engineers, driving technical excellence, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of innovative, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
• Still hands on technical and able to code in Java or in one of the front end technologies.
• Proven track record in leading teams that design and deliver large-scale, distributed systems.
• Solid experience in backend or front end technologies including Java, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis, or React, Angular and Svelte.
• Practical experience with AWS is a big plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
• Ability to set and achieve strategic goals, adapting swiftly to changing priorities.
