Overview

Parachute Health is on a mission to ensure that every patient receives the medical equipment they need promptly, improving efficiency through digital connectivity in the ordering process.

In Short

  • Serve as the first level of technical escalation for Supplier Operational teams and customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating to Tier 3 support when necessary.
  • Utilize Datadog and other tools for troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Become the subject matter expert on Parachute Health’s configuration for supplier customers.
  • Support existing and new supplier implementations via calls and emails.
  • Maintain proprietary external specifications and contribute to internal documentation.
  • Provide data-driven reporting on issues to support prioritization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical customer support is required.
  • Familiarity with API tools and application logging is a plus.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues concurrently.
  • Experience with application logging and monitoring tools.
  • Solid understanding of web-based API integrations.
  • Strong security mindset regarding data safety.
  • Self-driven and able to operate independently.
  • Experience with supply chain management workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to read and write code in any language is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and SQL is a plus.
  • Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) fundamentals is advantageous.
