Requirements

• 12+ years of extensive experience in UX leadership.
• Strong hands-on UX and UI design skills.
• Experience designing AI-powered product features.
• Portfolio demonstrating hands-on UX and UI craft.
• Experience in new product development.
• Ability to shape UX vision and influence product strategy.
• Experience mentoring designers.
• Effective communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Contributions to the broader design community.
