Director of Operations - Product, Design, and Engineering - Remote

In Short

• Drive and execute the PDE’s strategic planning calendar, including goal-setting (OKRs).
• Redesign and manage all PDE forums to ensure they are decision-focused.
• Roll out and maintain prioritization and communication frameworks.
• Proactively identify, resolve, and communicate high-level cross-team dependencies.
• Partner with HR/Recruiting, Finance, PDE leadership to manage the organizational budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Operations, Chief of Staff, or Program Management leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to a high-functioning Product and Engineering organization.
• Expert-level proficiency in defining and operationalizing organizational goals.
• Proven track record of process improvement.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Exceptional ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders.
