Director of Strategic Finance, GTM - Remote

Overview

The Director of Strategic Finance for GTM will serve as the financial partner for Pantheon’s go-to-market engine, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales teams to drive revenue growth and efficient scaling.

• Serve as primary finance partner for Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales leadership.
• Translate GTM strategy into financial plans and investment frameworks.
• Own annual planning and quarterly forecasting for GTM functions.
• Provide analytical support for strategic decisions, including pricing and capacity planning.
• Manage budget and reforecasting for the Marketing organization.
• Design executive-ready reporting on GTM performance metrics.
• Oversee sales compensation processes and financial modeling.
• Partner with CSM and Support leaders on capacity planning.
• Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales on shared metrics.
• Continuously improve planning processes and analytical frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with 3+ years in a strategic finance role.
• Deep experience in SaaS business models and strong command of SaaS metrics.
• Expert financial modeling skills.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing leaders in a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical instincts.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker or Tableau, and NetSuite.
