Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Strategic Finance to join a growing SaaS company. This critical leadership role will drive business case analysis, M&A analysis, and strategic financial planning across the organization.

In Short

• Lead and execute complex business case analyses for new initiatives, investments, and product launches.
• Drive financial due diligence and M&A analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models.
• Enhance and build dynamic financial dashboards and KPIs.
• Prepare high-quality Board of Directors and Executive Leadership presentations.
• Serve as a trusted financial business partner to functional leaders.
• Leverage strong AI and multi-system experience to optimize financial processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial planning systems and tools.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic finance or a similar analytical role.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment is a must.

• Experience with financial planning software.
• CPA designation is a significant plus.
