Principal Product Designer - Remote

In Short

• We are looking for a Principal Product Designer for a 6-month full-time contract.
• You will solve complex problems and uphold quality for key cross-squad domains.
• Take end-to-end ownership of cross-squad domains.
• Define and maintain quality across all related features and journeys.
• Help shape and socialise a UX vision for your domains.
• Lead discovery, framing, and exploration for complex initiatives.
• Define what “good” looks like through principles and patterns.
• Operate as a senior individual contributor without direct reports.
• Contribute to and evolve information architectures and UX frameworks.
• Work remotely with a focus on impact and quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product/UX design.
• Strong interaction design and UX skills.
• Experience in multi-squad or multi-product environments.
• Excellent problem framing and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor designers and influence without managing.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product work.
• Experience using AI tools in design practice.
