Overview

The Engineering Manager will lead the software engineering team at Pano AI, focusing on developing and maintaining the Pano360 backend to enhance wildfire detection and response capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with a BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years managing a software engineering team for cloud-based applications.
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• 5+ years in a SaaS or similar business environment.
• Hands-on experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills across teams.
