Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

The Engineering Manager will lead a team of mobile and static maintenance engineers, ensuring quality assurance, client retention, and operational efficiency within a specified region.

• Manage a team of engineers for maintenance of client facilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Management preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience in building maintenance.
• Experience in supervision, planning, scheduling, and estimating.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with CMMS is highly preferred.
