Overview

The Technical Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring efficient adoption of Palo Alto Networks’ Unit 42 Managed Services. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders within mid-to-large enterprises to enhance customer satisfaction and security service adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in a Cybersecurity/SaaS environment is highly desired.
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team player with integrity and a focus on customer service.
• Experience with enterprise security products is a plus.
