Requirements

  • 7+ years in leading Professional Services or Customer Success teams.
  • 5+ years in a management role with technical consultants.
  • Experience managing full project lifecycle from pre-sales to closure.
  • Strong understanding of Internet security concepts and SASE architecture.
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and managing backlog.
  • Familiarity with Professional Services Automation and Sales Management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating technical knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, PMP) are desirable.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
