The Senior Employee Relations Partner will provide expertise in preventing and resolving workplace issues, ensuring a positive work environment and culture.

• Legal degree preferred.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Employee Relations or employment legal experience.
• Deep expertise in France and/or the Netherlands.
• Excellent coaching and training skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate in complex situations.
• Experience with Workers Councils in France and/or Netherlands.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels.
• Effective listener and persuasive communicator.
• Fluent in English, additional languages advantageous.
• Legal degree preferred.
