Overview

The Senior Employee Relations Partner is responsible for managing and resolving employee relations issues to ensure a fair, respectful, and legally compliant workplace in Costa Rica.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee relations or HR roles.
  • In-depth understanding of Costa Rican labor law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Certification in labor law or employee relations preferred.
