Senior Employee Relations Partner - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Employee Relations Partner, you will be an integral part of the HR community providing expertise in preventing and resolving workplace issues that interfere with our positive workplace environment and culture.

In Short

• Provide specialist expertise for France and Netherlands related ER topics.
• Support Workers Council(s) engagement for ER topics.
• Lead investigations on employee relations matters.
• Coach leaders during performance improvement efforts.
• Partner with PBP and ER teams on local country compliance projects.
• Create guidelines and training to mitigate workplace behavioral issues.
• Prepare and track investigation data to recognize trends.
• Protect the company culture and ensure a positive work environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Employee Relations or employment legal experience.
• Excellent coaching and training skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate outcomes in terminations.
• Experience conducting investigations into employee relations issues.
• Engagement experience with Workers Councils in France and/or Netherlands.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels.
• Effective listener and persuasive communicator.
• Legal degree preferred.
• Fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage.
