Overview

The Manager, Technical Partner Services will manage the global Technical Partner Manager (TPM) team, focusing on enhancing partner service delivery and engagement with Palo Alto Networks products.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in computer science or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise support and channel services.
  • Strong understanding of channel services delivery model.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25% worldwide).
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
