In Short

• Assist buyers and sellers during livestream sales
• Handle inquiries from buyers and sellers
• Provide real-time support during livestreaming sessions
• Identify issues in the Palmstreet community
• Answer live support/moderation bot requests
• Support new sellers during their first live
• Randomly check into lives to show support
• Ensure product listings meet standards
• Assist with support DMs when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Reliable computer, smartphone, and internet connection
• Excellent American English reading and writing skills
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Time spent living in the US
• Courteous and detailed written communication skills
• Strong learning ability and initiative
• Excellent technical skills

Benefits
