Overview

The Relationship Manager role is critical to the success of the Palmetto Finance Platform, managing the support and processing ecosystem surrounding Palmetto’s financial products.

In Short

  • Remote position based in Southern California.
  • Manage financial product transactions.
  • Serve as a liaison between partners and the company.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Certified Installer leaders.
  • Provide training and coaching on LightReach products.
  • Travel up to 50% to visit partners onsite.
  • Identify and solve issues to enhance partner experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.
  • Evaluate and improve partner resources and internal processes.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning with partners.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in customer, tech, or sales support roles.
  • 2-4 years in a sales-partner-facing role.
  • BS/BA preferred.
  • Experience with data interpretation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of the construction or solar industry preferred.
  • Spanish speaker is a plus.
