Shopify Performance Manager (DTC-focused) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a high-performance Shopify Performance Manager (DTC-focused) to take full ownership of our Shopify storefront and broader e-commerce experience.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of the Shopify storefront (theme updates, product pages, apps, integrations).
• Oversee and improve UX/UI, checkout flow, and AOV strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing team on email, SMS, upsells, and funnel flows.
• Run reports and optimize based on analytics and customer behavior.
• Monitor store speed, functionality, and tech stack performance.

Requirements

• Experience in managing Shopify stores.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Ability to analyze data to drive retention and LTV.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo and email marketing.
• Experience in e-commerce strategy.
