Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar role, with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Shopify, including managing and customizing stores, themes, and plugins.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of WordPress, with the ability to navigate the platform, manage plugins, and assist with content updates.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and onboard new team members effectively.
• A track record of successfully managing client relationships and project timelines.
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
