Shopify Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Shopify Project Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, driving the seamless delivery of Shopify eCommerce projects.

• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clear and regular updates about project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Oversee all projects to ensure that they are delivered on time and on budget.
• Work closely with development teams and act as a liaison between developers and clients.
• Ensure that all deliverables are delivered with the highest quality standard by using the best quality-assurance practices.
• Be a key advocate for clients and the agency team.
• Maintain detailed project records, timelines, and communication logs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in e-commerce.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Shopify and digital marketing is a plus.
