  • Support client onboarding, including conducting welcome calls and setting up portals.
  • Track and manage ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate notes and updates for Tax Professionals.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate quarterly client reviews.
  • Develop and refine systems to improve team efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting high-value clients in professional services.
  • Highly organized and client-focused.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Canopy and Sales Automator.
