Overview

As a Client Support Specialist at Trustly, you will be a brand ambassador and customer champion, responsible for clarifying, solving and escalating customer queries or problems.

Requirements

  • Empathy and passion for helping customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with email/chat support and phone communication.
  • iOS or Android experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service/CRM preferred.
