Overview

In Short

  • Triage Zendesk tickets from assigned clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Zendesk tickets for assigned clients.
  • Assist in Titan Modules, Setups, and Implementation for assigned clients.
  • Work closely with Account Manager to share client needs and issues.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client issues.
  • Escalate issues to product or engineering teams as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
